Delivery times are based on the distance from our St.Louis, MO warehouse.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information as well as update tracking emails until your order has been delivered.
Insurance: Please understand that if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged after leaving our facility, we are unable to accept any responsibility for the package contents. We do not provide refunds or replacements for orders that are lost, stolen or damaged while in transit. We unfortunately do not take responsibility if UPS, USPS or FEDEX delays, damages or loses your package, as it is 100% out of our company’s control. In the event that something happens to your package, please contact the shipper directly via their mobile app or website.

In-stock orders placed before 12 pm ET generally ship the same day. In the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day.
Special Order items generally ship in 3 - 7 business days depending on the item ordered.
